 The City of La Quinta is a community nestled at the base of the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains, just 30 minutes from Palm Springs, in southern California's Coachella Valley. Incorporated in 1982, La Quinta had a population of just over 5,200. Today, the population has grown to approximately 30,450 and La Quinta is listed as one of California's fastest growing cities. New homes are now available in La Quinta at prices ranging from the high $90,000's to million dollar plus homes. A wide range of older, established housing, condominiums and town houses is also available for rent or purchase. The Desert’s newest shining star that features so many of the Coachella Valley’s premier subdivisions and golf facilities including The Quarry, The Tradition, The Hideaway, Rancho La Quinta, The Citrus, Mountainview Country Club, Trilogy and the world famous PGA West.
