La Quinta - The Gem of the Desert  

The City of La Quinta is a community nestled at the base of the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains, just 30 minutes from Palm Springs, in southern California's Coachella Valley.  

Incorporated in 1982, La Quinta had a population of just over 5,200. Today, the population has grown to approximately 30,450 and La Quinta is listed as one of California's fastest growing cities.  

New homes are now available in La Quinta at prices ranging from the high $90,000's to million dollar plus homes. A wide range of older, established housing, condominiums and town houses is also available for rent or purchase.
